Protein Rice Pudding

Ingredients   Method
  • 2 Scoops of
    Red Dragon Protein Mousse - Vanilla Slice
  • 125g Slendier Konjac Rice
  • 1 Crushed Choc Ripple Biscuit
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries
  1. Mix powdered mousse with water to a thick fluffy consistency, this is personal choice as to how runny you have it.
  2. Wash & drain konjac rice.
  3. Mix into the Protein mousse.
  4. Top with raspberries & crushed biscuit.

Macros:

Protein - 26 grams
Carbs - 15 grams 
Fat - 4 grams

Calories = 212
