Nutra Organics Natural Gelatin is a pure, 100% natural gelatin powder derived from the bones and connective tissue of pasture-raised Australian cows. Containing 88% protein and with an extensive amino acid profile, including the essentials, it contributes to many important functions in the body, including digestive health, detoxification, the growth and maintenance of connective tissues, energy production, inflammation reduction and immunity.

As it has no flavour, it is easy to include when baking and cooking, including in jellies, gummies (chewable lollies), panna cotta, pancakes, cookies, biscuits, sauces and homemade bouillon (thin soup or stock). It can even be added to tea or coffee and helps homemade whipped cream hold its shape.

If you prefer drinking gelatin then for a single serve: Add approx. 1 tbsp. (10 g) to your liquid of choice (tea, coffee, juice) hot or cold. If you prefer, 'Bloom' the gelatin prior to adding to your liquid.

To make a set gelatin: Use gelatin to make gummies and other treats.

220 Bloom count.

  1. 'Bloom' gelatin by adding approximately ¼ cup of gelatin (40 g) to ½ cup of water (1:2 ratio) and stir until an even texture is achieved.
  2. Add bloomed gelatin to 250 mL of any hot liquid with your flavouring and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour into a mould and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

NOTE: Reduce the amount of gelatin for a softer set or increase for a firmer set.
