From a young age, Alex was deeply involved in sports, and this early love for physical activity naturally transitioned into a passion for the gym and running. Outside of fitness, Alex enjoys exploring new cafes and restaurants, going for walks, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
With five years of experience in the fitness industry, Alex has developed a strong foundation in both practical and academic aspects of fitness. After completing a Bachelor of High Performance Sport, Alex is now furthering her expertise by studying for a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, working towards becoming a dietitian. As an accredited Exercise Scientist with a strength and conditioning accreditation, Alex's areas of expertise lie in creating balanced and effective fitness programs that promote overall health and well-being.
Alex's favourite piece of health advice is, "Everything in moderation is healthy, find the balance that you can sustain and this is when you will thrive."
Currently, Alex is an assistant coach at DVP Fitness, with aspirations of building a personal client base in the near future.
