Abz brings a thoughtful and science-driven approach to the fitness industry, with 4 years of experience and a strong passion for understanding the human body. His interest in health began early, inspired by a fascination with human physiology, health, and anatomy, combined with the influence of growing up around strong health habits. This curiosity has evolved into a clear purpose: helping others improve their health from the inside out.

Abz has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and is considering Medicine (MD), Abdullah has a deep understanding of human physiology and hormonal imbalances. His approach is grounded in prevention, with his favourite piece of advice being: 

"Prevention is a lot easier than treatment, everyone needs to be aware of their lifestyles and strive to learn more."

Outside of the store, Abdullah enjoys jogging and has recently taken up boxing & tennis, alongside spending time reading, cooking, and exploring religious and spiritual growth.
