Online Orders
One promo / discount code can be used per purchase.
To use a coupon, enter the code on the checkout page during checkout
Your order confirmation is sent immediately to the same email address you entered while placing your order.
If you have not received this confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder too, just in case.
Please note: If using PayPal or ApplePay, your email may not have automatically updated in your customer details at checkout.
If after 24 hours you have not received an email, please contact our Customer Support Team via the email below so that we can get the order to you.

It's okay, we get it.
Sometimes, we order something and simply change your mind, we got you.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We are so sorry to hear that one of your products is missing. We do our best to get our orders right 100% of the time, but unfortunately sometimes mistakes can occur.

- Your Name
- Contact Number
- Your order number (quoted on order confirmation email)
- State what product (including size / flavour) is missing
- Picture of the paper invoice received with the packers signature.

Shipping
Unfortunately at this point in time, Nutrition Capital does NOT ship overseas.
We do however, ship Australia wide!
At Nutrition Capital, we pride ourselves on speedy order processing times.

Nutrition Capital use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping.
Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping confirmation email.
Click the "track you package" button or copy & past the tracking number provided and search via the Australia Post website here.
When you purchase from Nutrition Capital, all orders are sent requiring a signature on delivery.
Once Australia Post text you about the delivery, you can authorise for it to be 'left without a signature', or you can give authorisation through their MyPost app.
Please Note: Nutrition Capital does not hold responsibility for any lost / stolen parcels if this authorisation is given.
Australia Post will take your order to a nearby Post Office for collection - unless you have authorised them to leave your parcel if no one is home.
If they do take your parcel to a Post Office, they should generally leave a ‘Collection’ card letting you know this - however if you check your tracking you will also be able to see this information.

Product
Specials are products on our current promotion.
Clearance products may contain short-dated stock or items that are being discontinued.
We do not accept returns for specials and clearance items unless the product is damaged or if we've sent the wrong item.
Some supplements such as pre-workouts and amino acids contain active ingredients which attracts water molecules.
This can cause the product to clump and/or go hard.
This is out of Nutrition Capital's control and does NOT deem the product unsafe for use.
Should this occur, the product can be broken down using a blender.
It's always best to consult with your healthcare provider before taking any supplements, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Your healthcare provider can advise you on which supplements are safe and which ones to avoid based on your individual health status and needs.
