If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it so we can assist promptly. Please note that concerns raised outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

All returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. That's okay!

Our change of mind policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food and drinks
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items, such as towels and accessories
  • Sale and clearance items*

* Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded outside of the Australian Consumer Laws.

Please Note: All postage charges that incur with change of mind returns is at your expense. 

If you're not satisfied with the taste or performance of a product, you can return the opened product (with 5 scoops or less used) to any of our stores or our online warehouse within 7 days of order delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Examples of faulty products include:-

  • Damaged product packaging
  • Products with no seal
  • Products that have clumped or hardened (within 30 days of purchase)

Please return the product within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, we may involve the manufacturer or supplier.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number, as well as your Full Name and contact number.

If emailing in regards to a faulty or damaged product, please include images to accompany the description.

Unless Instructed, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you want us to resolve the case.

Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us.

Proof of postage does not cost anything, however, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
