Cait - Our Creative Marketing Manager

Cait’s vibrant personality and creative flair infuse energy and excitement into everything she does, and the NC group chat is always humming with her funny anecdotes.

Cait’s journey into the health and fitness industry began in 2010 with her first job at a small health food store in Hampton. Her curiosity was piqued by the Naturopaths at the store, leading her to ask numerous questions and eventually developing a deep interest in the industry. This passion was further fuelled by her own experience with a knee injury during COVID, which introduced her to Clinical Pilates and Personal Training.

With a background in Graphic Design and Marketing from Swinburne, Cait combines her creative skills with her industry knowledge to excel in her role as Marketing Manager. Her expertise has grown from personal trials, particularly in managing anxiety and sleep issues. She especially loves to help customers understand the vicious cycle between caffeinated gym supplements, poor sleep quality, and ongoing lethargy.

Cait’s favourite piece of health advice is: "Life's all about Balance, don't forget to treat yourself every now and then! Your mental wellbeing is just as important as your physical health." 

Outside of fitness, Cait embraces her inner nerd by playing video games and Dungeons & Dragons on Twitch. She’s also a dedicated dog Mum who enjoys taking her dog for camping trips and hikes with friends.
