Promotion Terms & Conditions

All promotions and competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Nutrition Capital, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Nutrition Capital may offer various types of promotions and competitions, which can be available online, in-store, or both. The applicable details, dates, and conditions will be clearly stated in each specific promotion or competition.

Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or price matches, unless explicitly stated.

Promotions may differ between online and in-store channels and are only valid when listed or advertised on www.nutritioncapital.com.au

The qualifying purchase amount for promotions applies to product only, excluding Gift Cards, shipping, and handling charges (unless otherwise stated). All values are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and offers are subject to availability. Promotions are non-transferable and valid for a limited time only.

To redeem a promotional offer during the specified Offer Period, customers must either:

• Enter the advertised promo code during checkout; or
  
• Complete their purchase using an auto-applied code, where applicable.
  

Each code may only be used once per customer, unless otherwise specified. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount code.

Only one promotion may be applied to a product at any given time. In cases where two or more promotions conflict, the best available offer will be applied automatically.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to selected items only. Some brands, product lines, or categories may be excluded from promotions at Nutrition Capital’s discretion. Gift cards are excluded from all promotional discounts.

Site wide promotions include all published products on the Nutrition Capital website unless exclusions are clearly stated within the promotion details.

Site-wide promotions apply only to products that are in stock at the time of the promotion. Only one promotion may be applied to a product at any given time. In cases where two or more promotions conflict, the best available offer will be applied automatically.

Nutrition Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes situations where a promotion is affected by error, fraud, misuse, or technical issues.

Competition terms may vary depending on the promotion. Each competition will include additional promotion-specific terms, including details on eligibility, entry method, prize details, and closing dates. Winners will be notified via the method outlined in the competition details. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 By participating in any promotion, competition, or sale event with Nutrition Capital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions specific to the promotion.

By participating in this event, customers agree to the following:

Offers & Discounts

• 25% off Primabolics, Switch Nutrition, ATP Science, EHP Labs.
  
• Minimum 15% off storewide on all other products.
  
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  
• All offers are valid while stocks last.
  

Raffle Giveaway

• To enter, customers must purchase from a participating brand to go in the draw for that brand’s prize.
  
• Customers must be members with up-to-date contact details to be eligible to win.
  
• One entry per eligible purchase.
  
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  
• Winners will be drawn and contacted using their registered details.
  
• By entering, winners agree to their first name being used for promotional purposes.
  

Showbags

• The first 30 customers to spend over $150 each day will receive a free showbag.
  
• Showbags are limited and available while stocks last.
• Each bag is valued between $50 - $70 RRP each.
  

Lucky Dip

• Lucky Dip bags are $39 each, valued between $75–$99 RRP.
  
• Each bag contains at least one full-size product.
  
• Only while stocks last.
  
• All Lucky Dip sales are final (no refunds or exchanges).
  
• Some items may be short-dated but are still safe, effective, and suitable for use for months.
  

General

• Promotions apply in-store only, unless otherwise stated.
  
• Nutrition Capital reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
  
• Customers are responsible for checking product suitability and expiry dates prior to purchase.
  
• Staff and immediate family are not eligible for raffle entry.
