Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. That's okay!

Our change of mind policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Unsatisfactory Product (Taste or Performance)

If you're not satisfied with the taste or performance of a product, you can return the opened product (with 5 scoops or less used) to any of our stores or our online warehouse within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Product

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Examples of faulty products include:-

You’ve lost me!

Don’t know how many tubs of their Vanilla Cake Batter whey powder I’ve been through - and I loved it! Subtle, grown up vanilla flavour, not too sweet. I was told this was the same product, just repackaged with a new name… Nope. It’s vile! Sickly sweet with overpowering vanilla flavours. Even the smell is nauseating - stinks of synthetic caramel. I guess if you have the palate of a 12yo you’d enjoy it… Sadly I’m looking for a new grass fed whey powder… 😓

If you would like a suggestion for a Grass Fed protein that is not on the sweet side, i recommend trying Cyborg Sport Grass Fed WPI for your next protein :)
