Ingredients - serves 8
- 120g Macro Mike Almond protein V2 | Chocolate
- 54g Plain Rice cakes
- 90g Naturally well chocolate coconut sugar free dark chocolate
Method
- Crush rice cakes
- In a seperate bowl, mix protein powder with water, adding small amounts at a time until it resembles a paste
- Add rice cakes to protein mixture and mix until combined
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds
- Press rice cake mixture into a lined tray, pour melted chocolate on top and refrigerate for at least 2hrs
- Cut into 8 equal pieces and enjoy ☺️
