Chocolate Protein Slice

Ingredients - serves 8

 

 

Method

  • Crush rice cakes
  • In a seperate bowl, mix protein powder with water, adding small amounts at a time until it resembles a paste
  • Add rice cakes to protein mixture and mix until combined
  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds
  • Press rice cake mixture into a lined tray, pour melted chocolate on top and refrigerate for at least 2hrs
  • Cut into 8 equal pieces and enjoy ☺️
