Spring Protein Croissant

Since coming off her prep for her stage Debut in the WBFF, Sian has found a love for croissants, more specifically, our SportyFood Croissants, and found a way to get a treat in while also keeping within her macros, making this a brilliant high-protein food creation for breakfast or a snack! 

 

Ingredients
 Method

 

  • 1 Sporty Food Croissant 
  • 50g Light Smooth Ricotta
  • 1 Tsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Cinnamon 
  • 75g Frozen Raspberries

 

 

 

  1. Put your 50g of Ricotta in a bowl and add Maple Syrup & Cinnamon.
  2. Mix until ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Place your croissant under the grill for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Add your mixed ricotta on top and enjoy!
