Ingredients:
- 40g Macro Mike Almond Protein | Vanilla
- Juice from a whole orange
- 1/2 tsp on orange zest
- 40g oats
- 50g Yoplait no sugar yoghurt
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 1tsp poppy seeds
Method
- Mix 30g almond protein with a dash of water and orange juice
- Add in oats, chia seeds, poppy seeds, half the zest
- In a seperate bowl mix yoghurt the rest of the protein (10g) and rest of orange zest t make a Grenache consistency
- Spread on top and refrigerate overnight
