Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. That's okay!

Our change of mind policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food and drinks
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items, such as towels and accessories
- Sale and clearance items. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded outside of the Australian Consumer Laws.

Unsatisfactory Product (Taste or Performance)

If you're not satisfied with the taste or performance of a product, you can return the opened product (with 5 scoops or less used) to any of our stores or our online warehouse within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).


Faulty or Damaged Product

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Examples of faulty products include:

- Damaged product packaging
- Products with no seal
- Products that have clumped or hardened (within 30 days of purchase).

Please return the product within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, we may involve the manufacturer or supplier.

Please Note: All returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All postage charges that incur with change of mind returns are at your expense.
