Known by many as the “gym junkie” growing up, Tayla’s passion for fitness began at just 14 years old. Sports and physical training were more than hobbies—they were her foundation. But it wasn’t until she found herself at a crossroads in life that she realised her calling.

“I came across the quote ‘Learn to live and not exist’ during a tough time,” Tayla shares. “I was in a job that didn’t fulfil me, feeling lost. That quote became the push I needed to make a change and pursue something meaningful—supporting others through fitness and wellness.”

Since then, Tayla has become a deeply respected coach in her field, known for her holistic, evidence-based approach. Her extensive qualifications include:

  • Cert IV in Fitness & ‘Master Trainer’ from the Australian Institute of Fitness

  • Level 1 & 2 Nutrition Coach (PNC) – Clean Health Institute
