Here are four fun, easy recipes using some of our favourite staples, each one refreshing, functional, and very sip-worthy.

Greens Smoothie Pops

Primabolics Everyday Health – Paradise Fruits

Why this works:
Greens don’t have to be earthy and sad. Paradise Fruits is fruity, bright, and freezer-friendly.

You’ll need:

  • 1 scoop Everyday Health (Paradise Fruits)

  • Frozen mango

  • Banana

  • Coconut water

How to make it:
Blend everything smooth, pour into ice block moulds, freeze.

How to use:

  • Eat as a frozen snack

  • Or drop one into a glass and let it melt into an icy greens drink


Pre-Workout Slushie

Red Dragon Immortal Pump – Pineapple Juice flavour

Why this works:
Immortal Pump is caffeine-free, pump-focused, and already hydration-friendly. Pineapple Juice flavour is basically begging to be frozen.

You’ll need:

  • 1 scoop Immortal Pump (Pineapple Juice)

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Handful of ice

  • Cold water or coconut water to blend

  • You can add your daily serve of Creatine to this one!

How to make it:
Blend everything until thick and slushy. Add more ice if you want it spoon-thick.


Recovery Lemonade

Thorne Magnesium Bisglycinate (Unflavoured)

Why this works:
Unflavoured magnesium is surprisingly versatile. Think electrolyte lemonade, not supplement drink.

You’ll need:

  • 1 serve Magnesium Bisglycinate

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

  • Ice

  • Cold water or sparkling water

  • You can add your daily serve of Creatine to this one!

How to make it:
Mix magnesium with lemon juice and sweetener first, then add water and ice.

When to sip:
Post-training, post-beach, or anytime your muscles feel tight.


Night-Time Mocktail

Zombie Labs Blackoutz – Mango Passionfruit

Why this works:
This flavour is tropical, calming, and perfect for a wind-down ritual that feels indulgent but supports sleep.

You’ll need:

  • 1 serve Blackoutz (Mango Passionfruit)

  • Cold water or chilled chamomile tea

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint (optional)

  • Slice of orange or passionfruit

How to make it:
Shake or stir Blackoutz with cold liquid, pour over ice, garnish, and sip slowly. 

Pro tip:
