- 1 Feeling Ok Protein Croissant
- 70g light smooth ricotta
- 50g frozen raspberries
Method:
- Slice croissant in half and airfry for 3-5min at 160 degrees
- Meanwhile mix ricotta and Scitec lemon cheesecake protein powder together
- Spread ricotta mix on warm croissant and top with raspberries
- Optional to add lemon zest 🍋
