PB Cup Overnight Weetbix

 

Ingredients

  • 20g Primabolics PB cup protein
  • 12g Macro Mike powdered peanut butter
  • 150g Yopro
  • 2x Weetbix
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Coles dark choc
  • 1x mini Reece’s PB cup

 

Method

  • Crush weetbix and mix in almond milk
  • Optional to add sweetener to weetbix mix
  • Mix yoghurt and protein together and scoop on top on weetbix
  • Mix powdered peanut butter with water to make paste (saving a small amount for the topping)
  • Spread peanut butter onto yoghurt layer (in stripes for this design)
  • Melt dark choc and spread between peanut butter layer in stripes
  • Draw a skewer threw the peanut butter and chocolate to create swirl design
  • Finish with 1 Reece’s mini cup
  • Refrigerate overnight
