Ingredients
- 20g Primabolics PB cup protein
- 12g Macro Mike powdered peanut butter
- 150g Yopro
- 2x Weetbix
- 100ml almond milk
- Coles dark choc
- 1x mini Reece’s PB cup
Method
- Crush weetbix and mix in almond milk
- Optional to add sweetener to weetbix mix
- Mix yoghurt and protein together and scoop on top on weetbix
- Mix powdered peanut butter with water to make paste (saving a small amount for the topping)
- Spread peanut butter onto yoghurt layer (in stripes for this design)
- Melt dark choc and spread between peanut butter layer in stripes
- Draw a skewer threw the peanut butter and chocolate to create swirl design
- Finish with 1 Reece’s mini cup
- Refrigerate overnight
