Ingredients
- 20g macro mike almond protein
- 10g macro mike white hot choc (can be subbed for standard protein)
- 40g oats
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 160g Yopro yoghurt
- Cacao powder for dusting
- Fresh brewed coffee (cooled)
- Vanilla essence
Method:
Coffee layer
- mix almond protein with a dash of water and cooled brewed coffee
- Mix in chia seeds and set aside
‘Cream layer’
- mix yoghurt and white choc protein powder together
- Add a dash of vanilla essence
Assemble
- Add half of the coffee oat mixture to your bowl
- Layer half of the cream layer
- Dust with cacao powder
- Repeat previous 3 steps
- Refrigerate over night
