Tiramisu Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 20g macro mike almond protein
  • 10g macro mike white hot choc (can be subbed for standard protein)
  • 40g oats
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 160g Yopro yoghurt
  • Cacao powder for dusting
  • Fresh brewed coffee (cooled)
  • Vanilla essence

 

Method:

Coffee layer

  • mix almond protein with a dash of water and cooled brewed coffee
  • Mix in chia seeds and set aside

 

‘Cream layer’

  • mix yoghurt and white choc protein powder together
  • Add a dash of vanilla essence

 

Assemble

  • Add half of the coffee oat mixture to your bowl
  • Layer half of the cream layer
  • Dust with cacao powder
  • Repeat previous 3 steps
  • Refrigerate over night
