Natures Shield Lemongrass Oil
This tropical grass oil has a vitalising lemony aroma, making it a favourite in massage oils and as a room-freshening scent.
Nature’s Shield lemongrass oil is wild-crafted and sustainable and is steam distilled extracted, for preservation of its naturally derived qualities.
The soft lemony fragrance overpowers odour and uplifts spirits and can be used as an excellent natural floor cleaner by mixing with water.
Uses: Aromatherapy, blend with body cosmetic products, oil burners and for cleaning.

Some powdered products, including (but are not limited to) pre-workout, fat burners, single amino acids, pump/nitric oxide boosters, citrulline, agmatine, arginine and carnitine are naturally deliquescent products, or contain ingredients which are naturally deliquescent. Clumping or hardening of these products over time is a natural and common occurrence, and despite containing moisture absorption sachets, these products may still clump or harden over time.
Although extra care is taken to ensure all product Descriptive Information, Nutritional Information and Directions Of Use are kept up-to-date and current, manufacturers and suppliers may change product formulations and ingredients without warning, and may not advise of us these changes. Please understand Nutrition Capital endeavours to keep products updated with the latest and correct product information which the manufacturer or supplier has directly provided us.
If you are purchasing items which are prone to melting (including but not limited to, chocolate bars, protein bars, items with chocolate chips or pieces etc), or items which can easily be damaged (including but not limited to, chips, aluminium cans, glass vitamins etc), we strongly recommend you purchase Shipping Insurance with your order. Nutrition Capital takes no responsibility for items which are melted or damaged in transit, and we do not replace or refund any items which are damaged under these circumstances if they are not covered by Shipping Insurance. You can purchase Shipping Insurance at the cart/checkout page with your order.
Nutrition Capital also strongly recommends to not authorise “Authority to Leave” on your order if it contains items which can melt, due to the risk of these items being left in an unsuitably warm and sunny position by the courier.
Purchase of clearance and special items is final, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. That's okay!
Our change of mind policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food and drinks
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items, such as towels and accessories
- Sale and clearance items*
* Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded outside of the Australian Consumer Laws.
Unsatisfactory Product (Taste or Performance)
If you're not satisfied with the taste or performance of a product, you can return the opened product (with 5 scoops or less used) to any of our stores or our online warehouse within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Faulty or Damaged Product
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Examples of faulty products include:-
- Damaged product packaging
- Products with no seal
- Products that have clumped or hardened (within 30 days of purchase)

If emailing in regards to a faulty or damaged product, please include images to accompany the description.
Unless Instructed, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you want us to resolve the case.
Returning Items
Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us.
Proof of postage does not cost anything, however, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
